Maintenance
Most breakdowns could be prevented with regular maintenance and use in a correct working environment. The majority of problems are printhead blockages, caused by dust in the environment and excessive environmental heat. With a regular, scheduled maintenance visit we can prolong the life of the internal parts making a breakdown much less likely.

Especially with the smaller machines, the printhead is a significant proportion of the cost of the machine. Software and colour management support
After parts replacement it is common that your inkjet will need re-calibrating. With experience of all the major inkjet RIP softwares as well as extensive colour management knowledge, we can take care of your complete printing system. We can also cover the whole system under a contract so that we ensure that not only does the printer work correctly but your software is maintained and calibrated.
