SIGNRACER RTR3200 UV ROLL-TO-ROLL PRINTER
The high speed roll-to-roll solution by SignRacer
Designed to print roll-to-roll with maximum speed and efficiency. Up to ten Kyocera printheads and a high speed (1.7 m/s) linear carriage motor for speeds up to 156 m2/h. The 3.2m machine can make full use of the maximum width by the ability to print on two rolls with different image outputs simultaneously.
Precision pressure control
The pressure of the feed rollers can be controlled by the operator very easily. It is possible to increase or decrease the take-up of the machine during printing without affecting the print quality or damaging the printed product.
Kyocera print heads
The Kyocera print heads use a symmetrical configuration to increase the speed. Configurable from two print heads for CMYK to eight heads for dual-array CMYK. White ink is also available by adding extra heads up to a maximum of ten.
Media handling
Special design includes a mesh kit, an optional extra for the customers to print on mesh material. The machine also makes full use of the printing width by allowing printing on two rolls.Two different image outputs can be simultaneously printed on two rolls of media.
